This group is no more then a specifications proposal committee. Although discouraged, the instance may arise where two or more proposals exist which are incompatible but address the same problem. Everything presented here does not guarrantee industry adoptation. That decision is held by the application writers and device manufacturers.

Level of Quality:
For each of the proposals presented here, it will not be considered complete until it meets the following conditions:

• A document exists containing detailed specs
• A document exists containing guidelines of use
• There is reasonable support* in terms of code and tools
